SETTLEMENT IN EXCESS OF $325,000 FOR PERSONAL INJURY

A favorable settlement was obtained by Peck Baxter client as a result of a personal injury claim from a fall at a hotel resulting in serious injuries. The client was represented by Nathan A. Duncan and Shaun L Peck.
