Michael is an accomplished attorney with more than a decade of experience guiding clients, investors, and organizations through complex legal, financial, and development matters. With a background that blends sophisticated legal practice and executive-level oversight of large-scale real estate projects, Michael is known for his strategic judgment, disciplined execution, and ability to navigate every stage of the real estate and corporate lifecycle. 

Michael’s real estate experience includes acquisitions, entitlements, equity financing, debt financing, and commercial lease negotiations—including deals involving national credit tenants and sophisticated capital structures such as opportunity zone funds and 1031 exchanges. 

Michael’s legal career also includes represented clients in real estate transactions and syndications, estate and tax planning, corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, IP registration and licensing, and the formation and growth of emerging companies. Michael also has deep experience across a range of commercial transactions, litigation strategy, and high-net-worth estate planning.
