Weber County jury finds methadone treatment clinic liable in overdose death

A Weber County jury issued its verdict in John M. Webster v. Metamorphosis Ogden, Inc. (Civil No. 090903353) finding Metamorphosis Ogden, Inc. liable in the methadone overdose death of former Ogden resident Troy Fowers and awarding significant damages to his son. Peck Baxter partners Shaun L Peck and Brandon J Baxter represented the estate of Troy Fowers at trial.
