Utah County jury finds no liability for real estate developers represented by Peck Baxter

At the conclusion of a 4-day trial, a jury in the Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah found that Utah County-based real estate developers represented by Peck Baxter were not responsible for losses incurred by a wealthy Japanese investor in the real estate downturn during the Great Recession of 2008-2009. Peck Baxter partners Brandon J. Baxter and Shawn P. Bailey successfully represented the developers at trial.
