Luke J. Hollingsworth


 

Luke J. Hollingsworth, an accomplished Associate Attorney with Peck Baxter Watkins & Bailey, practices with an unwavering commitment to his clients’ well-being and a deep passion for the legal profession.

Luke completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, earning a B.S. in Political Science, a foundation that bolstered his understanding of the legal and societal dynamics he encounters in his practice. Subsequently, he obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaiʻi, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2020. During his time in law school, Luke’s exceptional aptitude earned him the role of Co-Editor-in-Chief for the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review. He also gained invaluable insights while interning at the Honolulu law firm of Deeley King Pang & Van Etten and through his clerkship for Hawaiʻi Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey P. Crabtree.

Before joining the esteemed team at PBWB, Luke honed his legal skills as in-house counsel for Malouf Companies and, most recently, as an associate attorney with the law firm of Farr Cragun & Berube. During his time at Malouf Companies, Luke excelled in navigating complex legal terrains, particularly in the realms of intellectual property, international trade, real estate, and various other aspects of business law. Luke’s multifaceted experience equips him with a comprehensive perspective that enriches his approach toward his current practice areas, including family law.

Luke’s story is one of continuous dedication to his clients’ interests and an unyielding enthusiasm for the practice of law. With a robust background, a wealth of experience, and a genuine passion for making a difference, Luke strives to adeptly negotiate, find resolutions, and vigorously advocate for those he serves.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Luke indulges in a variety of personal interests including skiing, delving into captivating books, and exploring new destinations with his wife, Kylie.
