Peck Baxter Welcomes Luke J. Hollingsworth

Peck Baxter Watkins & Bailey is pleased to welcome Luke J. Hollingsworth as the newest attorney addition to its team.  With a proven record of excellence, client satisfaction, and a passion for the law, Luke brings a solid foundation of experience and expertise to our firm.

Before joining PBWB, Luke honed his legal skills as in-house counsel for Malouf Companies and, most recently, as an associate attorney with the law firm of Farr Cragun & Berube. During his time at Malouf Companies, Luke excelled in navigating complex legal terrains, particularly in the realms of intellectual property, international trade, real estate, and various other aspects of business law. Luke’s multifaceted experience equips him with a comprehensive perspective that enriches his approach toward his current practice areas, including family law.

Luke completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, earning a B.S. in Political Science, a foundation that bolstered his understanding of the legal and societal dynamics he encounters in his practice. Subsequently, he obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaiʻi, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2020. During his time in law school, Luke’s exceptional aptitude earned him the role of Co-Editor-in-Chief for the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review. He also gained invaluable insights while interning at the Honolulu law firm of Deeley King Pang & Van Etten and through his clerkship for Hawaiʻi Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey P. Crabtree.
