SETTLEMENT IN EXCESS OF $2.4 MILLION

A favorable settlement in excess of $2.4 million was obtained by Peck Baxter on behalf ofthe heirs of a Utah man who was killed due to the negligence of others in an automobile crash.

The heirs were represented by Shaun L Peck and Loren K. Peck.
