(Civil No. 090903353) finding Metamorphosis Ogden, Inc. liable in the methadone overdose death of former Ogden resident Troy Fowers and awarding significant damages to his son. Peck Baxter partners Shaun L Peck and Brandon J Baxter represented the estate of Troy Fowers at trial.
